“DREAMers”: Issues, Challenges, and Successes Conference will be the first of its kind at SSU. It is a conference hosted by the California Faculty Association (CFA) Affirmative Action committee co-sponsored by the DREAMers Club at SSU. This conference seeks to educate our SSU campus and community, as well as to inspire, motivate and encourage undocumented students to seek and continue to pursue a higher education degree. Open invitation to students, faculty, staff, allies, friends and anyone else interested. There will be workshops on Admissions & Records, Financial Aid, a Student Panel (leadership, adversity, and advocacy), Undocu-Ally Training, specifically for faculty and staff, and a keynote speaker!
