Group Meditation

This is a weekly meditation for stress, anxiety, and awakening. In this group you can learn to center yourself, even in difficult situations, develop a meditation practice in a supportive environment, and open up more creative responses to life’s challenges.

This group happens every Wednesday. It is free to students, this is a student only group. This is a drop-in group which means there is no commitment or registration. For more information contact Counseling and Psychological Services at 707-664-2153.
