Coproduced by Kristen Daley and SSU’s Department of Theatre Arts & Dance

Kristen Daley, Professor of Dance at SSU, presents Forever in a Second, an evening length concert of four new and renewed dances, along with a piece by internationally renowned choreographer Mark Haim, performed by Ms. Daley. Original musical scores were created for four dances by Sonoma County composer/musician Jesse Olsen Bay. The evening will consist of kinetic, visceral and rigorous dancing, live music and a performance by three Sonoma County singers. The show also features SSU students, alums and Bay Area professional dancers. On sabbatical for the 2016-17 academic year, the concert reflects Ms. Daley’s 12-year career as a dance educator and artist at SSU. The new works celebrate our collective humanity and represent the diverse, complicated and awe- inspiring world we live in.
