University Diversity Officer Diane Woods and Director of Sustainability Jillian Buckholz and from Cal State East Bay conduct a hands-on-experience in bridging diversity to sustainability.

As diversity and sustainability become more embedded into a campus culture, the connections between diversity and sustainability become more apparent and critical to create a thriving campus. In this discussion, benefits of aligning campus diversity and sustainability initiatives will be explored and some ideas on how to create collaborations will be shared using Cal State East Bay as a model.
