Rock Collegium is led by musicologist and guitarist John R. Palmer as an outgrowth of MUS 481 – Special Topics Workshop, bringing students to the stage as creators and performers of classic Rock tunes and original pieces based on their study of various Rock styles.
Recent shows have featured works by Yes, Queen, Regina Spektor and King Crimson, alongside new student compositions and always a few surprises.
