Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is the Thrill Capital of Northern California. The park features over 40 rides and attractions including 11 thrilling roller coasters, kid play areas, and unique wildlife presentations, animal exhibits, and programs. Kids of all ages can experience such thrill coasters as the longest, tallest looping coaster Medusa, launch coaster SUPERMAN Ultimate Flight and the exciting hybrid wood and steel coaster, THE JOKER new in 2019 is the coaster to thrill all, BATMAN: The Ride, a 4D free-flight coaster. 

See bottlenose dolphins in spectacular presentations, observe pinnipeds (sea lions, seals and walrus) during fascinating demonstration shows and even see a tiger swim underwater during an incredible and educational tiger demonstration. Feed sea lions and seals at Seal Cove, touch a stingray, and see sharks up close at the Shark Experience. These tickets are more than half of the regular ticket prices. Usually, they close at 5 pm so we are home by about 6:30 pm.
