Late Registration

January 21:

Last day to cancel registration with full refund of fees

Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday (campus closed)

January 22:

Instruction begins

February:

Feb 1:

Final deadline to submit Graduate Applications for Spring and Summer 2019

Feb 4:

Last day to Add or Drop (with adjusted fees, done online)

Last day to change from full-time to part-time status

Priority day to submit Contract Courses (special studies, internships, community involvement, etc.)

Final Fee Payment deadline (for students participating in registration from Jan. 16 - Feb. 4)

Feb 5 - 15:

Drop with a "W" (done online)

Petition to add class with $20 administrative fee (adding classes permitted because of serious and compelling reasons only.)

Feb 15:

Last day to change grade mode or CR/NC

Feb 16 - April 21:

Petition to Withdraw from an individual class with $20 administrative fee (dropping classes permitted because of serious and compelling reasons only. Documentation must be attached.)

March:

March 18 - 22:

Spring Break

March 31:

ERD Deadline for New Fall 2019 students 

April:

April 1:

Cesar Chavez Birthday (campus closed)

April 5:

Last day for full-term withdraw and receive pro-rated cancellation of fees

April 29 - May 31:

Registration for Fall 2019 (by appointment only.)

Thesis deadline for May 2019 graduates

Last day of instruction

Last day for full-term withdraw (with documentation of serious illness or injury; no refund)

May 11:

Any withdraws starting this date are considered retroactive and need to follow the University's withdraw policy.
