“Noble Folk Ice Cream and Pie was created by Christian Sullberg and Ozzy Jimenez of Moustache Baked Goods in the iconic Healdsburg historic plaza. Growing up in Sonoma County we always knew we wanted to open our first bakery here in our home town. Our journey started in 2011 with immense support from our community and led us to the opening of Noble Folk Ice Cream and Pie in the Summer of 2014.”
Noble Folk’s ice cream is made locally in their creamery in Healdsburg, California with something for everyone. They make delicious dairy-free options and have tons of unique flavors including coffee, raspberry and coconut.
They also have delicious homemade pies, from crust to the filling. They are baked fresh every single day, and never filled with preservatives or artificial flavors. They keep thinks fresh by always having new flavors rotated every few months to match the seasonality of what local farmers produce. Noble Folk always offers locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
