5 Step Sunday Routine

A tidy space is a happy space! If laundry, dishes, and dust bunnies have been piling up since Monday, now is the perfect time for a deep clean. Grab your Lysol wipes and broom and get to work!

There is no better feeling than a game plan… what’s yours for this week? Write in your planner, on a whiteboard or set reminders in your phone for all of the work that needs to get done this upcoming week.

 

Meal Prep Time

We know that the grocery store on a Sunday can be a nightmare, but this is part of the routine that you won’t want to miss out on! Pick up all of the fresh produce, snacks and meal prep materials so that you don’t have to think about cooking this week!

 

Journal For A Fresh Start

Clear your mind this Sunday by taking a few minutes to pour your thoughts, goals and feelings out on paper. Journaling is a great way to refresh your mind and rest!

 

Pamper Yourself

Most importantly, take time for YOU. The best way to prep for a new week is by making the effort to do something that makes you happy! Watch your favorite Netflix show, take a long shower, or go for a walk outside to prepare for the busy week ahead.
