What Baseball Will Look Like In 2021

It’s April, Seawolves, which means it is officially baseball season! Whether you’re a devout Giants fan, or continuously root for the Oakland A’s, we’re here to give you the rundown on this season. Follow along below on news for what the MLB 2021 season will look like for players, but more importantly you as fans!


The Fans In The Stands Dilemma 

The most pressing question for us is, will I be able to step foot in my team’s stadium, or any team’s home field for that matter? Each team has released an attendance plan for the 2021 season according to policy and team rules. Most teams, including the Giants and Dodgers, have decided to allow 20% capacity for the safety of their fans. For the full attendance plan click here!

Will This Season Be Like 2020 Again?

The pandemic pushed back the 2020 season to late July, with a total of 60 games. With less restrictions and a better understanding of how to keep players, fans, and staff safe, the 2021 season will have 162 full games. This means even more of the sport you’ve been missing!

If you’ve visit TicketMaster or StubHub, you may have noticed that tickets are sold in “pods.” This means that ticket groupings are available for 1-6 people, in hopes of accommodating single-households. What are you waiting for? Grab the people in your pod and head over to the stadium of your choosing to watch a ball game!

Your Ticket Confirmation Includes…

After a year deprivation of walking through stadium gates, fans are eager to see how everything will look, not only with the game, but the policies and guidelines that they must follow. Your ticket confirmation will address most questions you may have. It’s important to note that all fans must wear masks, unless eating or drinking. So yes, you’re still able to get those garlic fries you’ve been missing!
