Being students, we are used to following assignments with a clear outline and rubric. Therefore, writing freely in a journal can seem difficult for beginners when you aren’t sure what to write about. When Should I Journal?

 

Between school, work, extracurriculars, and self care, it can be hard to find time out of your day to sit with your thoughts and reflect on life. Although there is no right time to journal, researchers have found that starting your day with gratitude journaling can boost your mood and set a positive tone for your whole day!
