Alexis’ Tips
Add all of your classes to your cart before your registration time. You’ll need to click enroll pretty quickly so it’s good to have everything prepared.
Meet with your advisor as soon as possible before they get busy! If you have small questions you can always email them, but try to make an appointment so you can plan out your schedule.
Sophia’s Tips
Make sure you check your Academic Requirements (AR) on MySSU to make sure the classes you want to take will satisfy your GE and Major requirements.
Ask your friends for class or professor recommendations! It's better to get recommendations from people you trust, so see if they have any professors or classes that they really enjoyed and would recommend for you to take too!
Valentina’s Tips
Set a reminder on your phone 10 minutes before your registration time so you don’t forget!
When enrolling in so many classes at once it's easy to get overwhelmed, so use Seawolf Scheduler to make sure that none of your classes overlap!
Caitlin’s Tips
Have a backup option for each class you chose! It never hurts to have options to fall back on!
Take time to breathe, meditate, or do whatever you need to relax.
Most importantly, remember to take a deep breath and try not to stress too much. You’ve got this, Seawolves!
