Looking for a trip along the beautiful coast, a trip farther up north, or wanting to be in the city? We’ve got all of the perfect spots to fill any need you have!

Bodega Bay

Bodega Bay is the perfect spot to get away for the day! With only a 40 minute drive you are able to experience the serenity of the ocean, some of the best seafood around, AND if you’re lucky see some amazing wildlife. The drive up to Bodega is filled with pretty grass fields, the cutest cows and even a couple small hidden gem shops you should definitely stop for. If you’re looking to just walk around and maybe get you’re toes in the sand, we recommend heading to Doran beach. It’s the perfect spot for pictures AND fresh air! Want to grab a bite to eat? Fisherman’s Cove has the best and freshest seafood you’ll find with so many great options for everyone. Last but not least, you CAN’T forget about stopping by Patrick’s Salt Water Taffy for some fun and nostalgic candy!

San Francisco

San Francisco is one of the best places to go for a day trip when living in Sonoma County. It has some of the best food, shops, and sights to see! Be sure to check out the Golden Gate Bridge or if you’re brave enough, walk across it! Want to have a great cup of coffee? Blue Bottle Coffee is a great place to go! They have a variety of drinks as well as pastries to try and they are always 10/10. If you get in the mood to walk around and find some really cool vintage pieces, check out Haight Street! Lastly, if you’re looking for a sweet treat to wrap up the day you HAVE to stop at Souvla, a Greek restaurant in the Mission District where they serve frozen yogurt topped with baklava and honey and it is the BEST!

Calistoga

Want to head up North? Calistoga is a great town to stop in! With beautiful scenery and a great place to get outside you’ll have a great time. The Old Faithful geyser of California is located in Calistoga and is a great and natural experience. Walking through the town you’ll definitely find some great spots to eat and shop! Be sure to check out Castello di Amorosa, an old castle that was turned into a winery! Last but not least, you can never go wrong with a fun picnic with friends in a beautiful and friendly town like this!
