What Food Trucks Are On Campus?
Food trucks are BACK on campus this semester and let us tell you, they are GOOD. Each one is unique and is a small business so let's support them the best we can! Love Filipino food? Adobos-N-More. Obsessed with tacos? Galvan’s Eatery. Can’t get enough sushi? Sushi Shoubu. In the mood for Jamaican-inspired food? Reggae Rasta. We're bringing it all here to campus, courtesy of culinary services, and YOU should take advantage of them. They'll be here every week on specific days until May 5, 2023. Let's check each one of them out!
Adobos-N-More
Adobos-N-More is coming to campus every Monday* from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. in the Stevenson Darwin Quad. What is Adobos-N-More you ask? It is the first and original Filipino fusion food in Sonoma County! They offer everything from pork lumpia to their signature dish “adobo’s fries” which are fries topped with pork, cheese, garlic aioli, and green onion! Check out their menu below!
Galvan’s Eatery
Galvan’s Eatery is coming to campus every Tuesday from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. in the Stevenson Darwin Quad. Never heard of Galvan’s Eatery? Well they are known to have the crispiest tacos around! They offer everything from Carne Asada Fries, to Crispy Shrimp Tacos, to Birria anything! This is one that will make you come back for more!!
Reggae Rasta
Reggae Rasta is coming to campus every Wednesday from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. in the Stevenson Darwin Quad. First time hearing about Reggae Rasta? Well, Reggae Rasta is Jamaican food that is a mixture of cooking techniques, flavors, and spices! They have everything from Jerk Chicken dishes to Fried Plantains! Definitely check it out!
Sushi Shoubu
Sushi Shoubu is coming to campus every Thursday* from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. in the Stevenson Darwin Quad. Sushi Shoubu has Sushi galore as well as rice bowls and sushi burritos! They have seafood, chicken, and vegetarian options, too! Stop by for a flavorful punch!
