The Anthropology Department is pleased to host The Fieldwork Initiative to Stop Sexualized Trauma Training. Gendered violence and sexual harassment are frequently experienced by people conducting field research, attending a field school, and/or participating in internships. Attend this workshop to learn how to recognize, protect yourself from, and prevent gendered violence and sexual harassment in field settings. Faculty, staff, and students from all majors are invited. Everyone is welcome, but this training will be especially valuable for women, people of color, and members of the LGBTQI community. This online workshop will be led by cultural anthropologist Jerika Heinze.
