During these 30-minute virtual sessions, Dr. Wallace will provide you with a short discussion and then guide you through breathing practices, visualization, and meditation. You will leave the class feeling refreshed, calmer, and learn techniques that will help you manage stress in a healthy way. Dr. Wallace is certified in Compassion Cultivation Training from Stanford University and teaches the Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) course at SSU. This event is open to the Seawolf Community.
