Be a leader of change! The SSU Masters Degree Program focuses on organizational change, leadership and organizational sustainability. The program will help you gain the practical skills, conceptual knowledge, and an understanding to successfully lead organizational and community improvement efforts for the well-being of all who are a part of the organization and community. 

Students in this interdisciplinary program participate in seminars, skill-building activities, and field projects. Classes meet in a hybrid model with online and in-person meetings on selected week-nights and weekends. This M.A. program prepares internal and external professionals to assist organizations in growing, developing and creating their futures.
