Join us to build coping skills and self-compassion during these tough times. You will learn and experience mindfulness and self-compassion practices for dealing with difficult emotions, navigating challenging relationships, and softening your inner critic. Come to one or all six of the workshops!  These workshops will run Tuesdays at 11 AM, 10/13/2020 through 11/17/2020. Workshops on Mindful Self-Compassion presented by CAPS.
