What is Reiki? How does it work? How can it help you relax and relieve stress, pain, and anxiety? Discover the science and spirituality of Reiki as a holistic wellness technique and lifestyle. Several local Reiki Masters will introduce traditional Reiki, several variations, and the medical research. You will also have the opportunity to experience Reiki. Songbird Community Healing Center in downtown Cotati provides services and products to help you be healthy in body, mind, and spirit. We can help relieve stress, trauma, depression, and pain. Songbird is a supportive community with affordable services such as tarot, angel card readings, energy healing, sound healing, and crystal healing. Our gift store Stones Throw sells crystals, tarot cards, incense and sage, along with local aromatherapy blends, wellness teas, jewelry, art, and more.

Join us to learn a simple and mindful way to extend compassion and loving-kindness towards yourself and others. This is also an opportunity to learn about the services of Counseling & Psychological Services. We provide a variety of psychological services to student, including individual and group therapy, workshops, drop-in groups, crisis services, and consultation. Students may call 707-664-2153 to schedule an appointment during our phone hours (Monday through Friday 9 AM to noon, or 1 PM to 4 PM), or to reach our 24/7 counseling services line.
