Buti yoga is a high-intensity fusion of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, strength and conditioning and deep abdominal toning through a signature spiral movement all within the framework of vinyasa flow. Buti, in Indian Marathi, means " the cure to something hidden or kept secret ". This all in one workout tones and sculpts the entire body while listening to upbeat music.
