What do I do if there is an earthquake or fire? Do I have to throw everything out in the refrigerator if we have a power outage? What should I have in a go bag in case we get evacuated? Why is the water yellow in some of the toilets? What does shelter in place mean and why would the university tell us to shelter in place? How can I stop a friend from making a really bad decision at this party? Where do I go to report bias or sexual assault?
As you make this transition to SSU for the first year, or are a returning Seawolf, you know that there are times where you will be faced with some challenges and decisions on how best to take care of yourself in your new environment. Sonoma County is beautiful but we want to make sure you are prepared for some of those challenges and decisions you might be faced with. Join us as campus, local and county resources gather to share information and education about Fires, power outages, smoke, earthquakes, and more. Hopefully this fair will give you some good information and education to help you be a little more prepared when you are in the moment. Plus, if you come, you are guaranteed to get some FREE stuff!
