The Student Health Center is currently seeing students with a variety of cold and flu (aka Influenza) symptoms. This month, Public Health Departments in California and the Bay Area, including Sonoma County announced an increase in the flu. Even healthy people get the flu, and it can be serious. Getting a flu vaccine every year is the best protection for you and those near you.

Flu vaccines are available at the SSU Student Health Center to all regularly enrolled students for $15.00. You can pay with cash, check or credit card. The Student Health Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For a Flu Vaccine, go to our Pharmacy, located in the Health Center lobby, Monday thru Friday

8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.  (The Pharmacy is closed Monday through Friday from Noon to 1:00 p.m).

The Student Health Center operates by appointment for anyone wanting to be seen by a doctor or nurse practitioner. For appointments and  information call 707-664-2921.

Students calling after hours will be referred to an Advice Nurse and a Student Health Center clinician will follow up by phone the next business day.
