The well-crafted commencement menu boasts an array of quality dishes including a prime rib carving station, various salads, sides, entrees and decadent desserts.

Salads: Caesar salad, Greek-Style Salad, California Pasta Salad

Sides: Yukon Escalloped Creamy Potatoes, Wild Rice Pilaf, Roasted Squash Vegetables, House-Baked Rolls

Main Entree: Herb Roasted Chicken, Grilled Pork Loin, Eggplant Involtini

Carving Station: 12-Hour Smoked Prime Rib

Dessert: Fruit Platter, Brioche Bread Pudding, Cookies, Bars, Petite Fours
