DIY: Tie Dye

Running out of activities to do? We have the project for you! The new trend is all about TIE DYE. Whether you are changing the colors of an old t-shirt or just using bleach on some sweatpants, this is a fun & easy way to pass some time!

Here’s a few steps we have gathered for the best DIY tie dye:

  1. Grab an old shirt, simple cheap sweatshirt, old sweatpants etc.. 

  2. Order some tie dye from the store OR find a product that has bleach in it 

  3. Wash your clothes! 

  4. Spin them in a cool design that you enjoy; Example Designs

  5. Secure the fold using rubber bands 

  6. START YOUR COLORS! Using your tie dye or bleach, begin putting it into the places in your clothing that you want it to go. 

  7. Now we wait! (Overnight recommended) 

  8. Take apart and see the magic
