I think that we can all agree that this past year has taken a lot out of everyone, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Fresh fruits and veggies, ice cold lemonade, refreshing popsicles… the list could go on and on! Seek out your favorite seasonal foods to boost your mood and enjoy the finer things in life (like the perfect watermelon).

 
 

Get Outside (at any & all times)

Take advantage of the sunshine and extended daylight hours during the summer season! Fresh air warm weather is good for your mental health. Try to spend more time doing daily activities outdoors, whether it’s walking, eating dinner, or reading, why not do it outside?

Since the semester ended, it can be difficult to find structure during the transition into summer. It is important to develop a morning and night time routine in order to make sure that you are incorporate self care into each day.
