Consider your Tuesday and Thursday mornings booked and enjoy a yoga session with Doshia! Start your morning off right by heading over to the Campus Recreation Center to relax with deep breathing exercises, beginners yoga poses and a calming atmosphere. Let’s learn more about why YOU should attend a class.


What is InMotion Yoga?

 

Relax your mind and take deep breaths as you are guided through different yoga postures. With both standing and seated exercises, it is easy to appreciate the variety of the class. You are guaranteed to step out of the studio feeling calm and refreshed!

Whether this is your first time rolling out a mat or you are a pro at the child’s pose, everyone is welcome to join. All postures have modifications, making it easy to enjoy and have fun! Please remember to bring a mask to participate.
