We’re challenging YOU to a self-care routine this week! A lot of times, we all get wrapped up in life. We get busy during the weekdays and only practice self-care on Sundays when we have the time for it. We have made it easy for you to prioritize self-care each and every day this week by focusing on a specific task. Are you in? Check out the challenge below for self-care every day of the week!
Monday
Show Yourself Some Love
When we think of self-care, we typically think of putting on a soothing face mask, running the bath or treating yourself to a delicious coffee. This is exactly what we are urging you to do this Monday! Show yourself some love by treating yourself to whatever makes you the happiest.
Tuesday
Clean, Clean, Clean
A clean space = a clear mind. Take the time this Tuesday to declutter and organize your desk, do the dishes in the kitchen or vacuum the living room! Not only will you feel productive, but your space will be all clean for the rest of the week!
Wednesday
Energize Your Body
Energizing comes in many forms. Whether its’ blending up a fresh smoothie, making a healthy snack, or vowing to drink more water, your body will thank you for it this Wednesday!
Thursday
Delete What You Don’t Need
Delete, delete, delete. Thursday’s challenge is to go through your laptop, phone or other electronic devices and delete everything that you don’t need saved any longer.
Friday
Donate!
If you’re able, make a donation this Friday! Bag up the canned goods you have in the pantry or the clothes that you never wear in your closet. Not only will you feel accomplished after your good deed, but you will make someone else’s day too!
Saturday
Prioritize Your Physical Health
Saturdays are for spending time outdoors! Go for a hike, bike ride or run the track on campus. Whatever you do, make sure that you are prioritizing your physical health; if this means taking a nap in the afternoon, do it!
Sunday
Digital Detox
It can be hard to unplug from technology for a whole day, but we urge you to take a break! Even if it’s just an hour, try journaling, yoga, or coloring instead of scrolling on TikTok this Sunday.
