There is so much going on in and around us these days, and it’s so hard not to let it all dictate how we manage our days. I tell myself alot to “Just Keep Swimming,” but sometimes I feel like the water is rising over my head and I only have two choices…..keep swimming or just give up. We are all a work in progress and are still gathering skills for our self-care tool belt.
