We’re constantly surrounded by emotionally loaded messages about food and bodies. Eating disorder expert Jessica Setnick teaches audiences of all ages to navigate the bombardment of conflicting nutrition information, pressure to fit in, and historical influences on food and body shame. Her goal is a world where no one is ashamed to talk about their eating issues and harmful stereotypes that interfere with us appreciating our diverse bodies. Come learn about what we can do to untangle our messy relationships with food, eating, weight, and appearance from Jessica, and have a discussion with some of the CAPS team!
