FREE dinner and a show, and what a show it will be! Preacher is best known for his appearance on season 12 of NBC’s hit series, America’s Got Talent (2017) where he made it to the final rounds. Based on his stellar performance in season 12, Preacher was invited to compete on America’s Got Talent: The Champions (2019) and Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions (2019) where he advanced to the finale after he received the most votes from the fans. Preacher covers everything from oversharing about losing a million dollars to a child, his grandma who takes praying to the next level, peeing his pants, and even being vegan. There will also be music by DJ CLos, laser tag, a petting zoo, and local community businesses who want to welcome our Seawolves back. Big Nite also serves as our first Club Fair of the Year! You will have the opportunity to meet some of the 100 SSU campus clubs and organizations that we have on campus. Everyone who participates will be absolutely floored when Tessa reveals their birth date, a serial number on any bill in their wallet, or even the name of the first person they ever kissed—all while standing blindfolded on stage. Attention Seawolves! Join us to make an IMPACT by participating in Sonoma State's largest service event of the year! TOGETHER, Sonoma State students and alumni will accomplish work projects that serve our campus and community. This Associated Students event is in partnership with the SSU Alumni Association. Volunteers will receive free coffee, donuts, and SSU merchandise. Check in will begin at 9:00AM. Volunteers should bring sunscreen, water, comfortable clothes, and closed toe shoes. All work supplies will be provided. To participate, you must register and complete the required waivers online by 12:00PM on Friday August 18th, 2023.
